These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers of The Glo Hub Staffordshire Ltd.
General
By purchasing services, products or packages from The Glo Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Age Restrictions
Sunbed use is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or over.
The Glo Hub reserves the right to request photographic identification at any time.
Anyone unable to provide satisfactory proof of age may be refused service without refund.
Health and Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are suitable for sunbed use.
Customers must follow all advice, guidance and safety instructions provided by The Glo Hub.
The Glo Hub reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is considered inappropriate, unsafe or contrary to salon guidance.
Package Minutes
The following package options are available:
Bronze Glo – 60 Minutes – Valid for 6 Months
Golden Glo – 120 Minutes – Valid for 9 Months
Signature Glo – 180 Minutes – Valid for 12 Months
VIP Glo – 360 Minutes – Valid for 12 Months
Package validity begins on the date of purchase.
Unused minutes automatically expire at the end of the package validity period.
Expired minutes cannot be reinstated, transferred or redeemed.
Package minutes are non-transferable and may only be used by the named purchaser unless otherwise authorised by management.
Payments
We accept cash and card payments.
All prices displayed are subject to change without notice.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Online Purchases
Customers purchasing packages online are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate.
The Glo Hub reserves the right to cancel transactions where fraud or misuse is suspected.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Salon Conduct
Customers must behave respectfully towards staff, other customers and salon facilities.
Abusive, threatening, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service and removal from the premises.

The Glo Hub may introduce additional services including but not limited to:

Additional service-specific terms may apply.
Third-Party Practitioners
The Glo Hub may permit independent businesses or practitioners to operate from rooms within the premises.
Where services are provided by independent practitioners, contractual responsibility remains with the practitioner providing the service.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing within these Terms limits rights provided by law.
The Glo Hub shall not be liable for losses arising from misuse of services, failure to follow salon guidance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to Terms
The Glo Hub reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
